Ramses De Teille runs at Exeter

Today we have two meetings, jumps cards at Exeter and at Ayr.  David has four runners at Exeter - Drama King, Poker Play, Ramses De Teille and Just Midas.  Our best chance of a winner looks to be Ramses De Teille in the 4.10pm,a Graduation chase over three miles.  Our six year old is very consistent and has won two of his three chase starts.  It is good to get Drama King on the track again, he is having only his third ever start at the age of seven and she should improve from his comeback run at Taunton last time.  Poker Play needs to bounce back after a disappointing run at Wincanton last time.  He won't mind the ground and he should go okay.  Just Midas makes his debut in the concluding bumper.  He goes okay at home but it looks like the Barry Geraghty ridden Time to Move On will be hard to beat.

It is another bad day if you like racing with lots of runners!  Ayr has three races with just three runners in each.  All the horses in those races will pick up some prize money if they get round.  The Chelmsford three day meeting went off without any incidents during the week.  Clerk of the Course Andy Waitt said his staff had been working flat out as they had to clean out and disinfect all the stables three times in as many days.  Chelsmford have been rewarded as they are to host a 7f Listed raced at the track on 20th June.

Willie Mullins is running out of jockeys to use.  Ruby Walsh is still out of action with a broken leg and now Paul Townend is out of action for at least two weeks with an ankle injury.  Danny Mullins is also on the sidelines so I am sure his "situations vacant" tweet could get a load of jockeys applying for a position!

There are three Premier League matches today.  Manchester United are 6/4 on to win at Newcastle and Liverpool are 5/6 to win at Southampton.

Ronnie O'Sullivan has opted out of the Romanian Masters Snooker.  The promoters strongly hinted that Ronnie would play, mind you any sporting event want the star names there and in snooker there is no bigger attraction than Ronnie O'Sullivan.  I once saw him play in an event held in Taunton he was brilliant.  MCP played against Jimmy White...Jimmy won!

The police want to interview me...strange as I didn't even apply for a job!  Have a good day!
