Today we have four meetings, jumps cards at Ludlow, Carlisle and Southwell plus a flat card at Chelmsford.  Tom Scu goes to Ludlow for a couple of rides.  Tom did well yesterday at Sedgefield and rode a two winners.  Another jockey doing well is Hayley Turner who is making hay while the sun shines in France.  She rode a double at Compiegne and has been taking full advantage of the 2kg weight allowance for women jockeys.  That is five winners from her last nine rides and she has four rides today at Angers.

There was a great win yesterday for 10 year old Maarek who won at Navan.  It was his first win since 2015 and he is still rated 98!  Remember he was a Group 1 winner a few years ago.  The girl who was looking after him said she really loved him and looked for to bringing him racing next year as an 11 year old.

I'm forever blowing bubbles!  Can you tell I had a good night in front of the telly last night?!  My team, West Ham were 2-0 down at half time and they came back to beat Spurs 3-2.  I don't know what Billic said to them at half time but it certainly worked and it might have saved his job!  Spurs don't look the same team without Harry Kane, that will wind up a few of my Spurs mates!  The England under 17 team beat the Brazilian team in the semi-final of the World under 17 cup.  It must be the coaching that messes the team up as they get older and they don't seem to win as many matches then!  I bet in four or five years time the Brazilian team will beat us!

I see the British winter Olympics team have evacuation plans in place to get out of South Korea if tensions get out of hand between the US and North Korea.  I ask the question, why do Olympic committees hold the games in places like South Korea?

I went to the doctor the other day and asked if he had anything for wind?  So he gave me a kite!!
