        Big Occasion ran a cracker!

Today we have four flat cards at Pontefract, Kempton, Windsor and Wolverhampton plus one jumps card at Hexham.  David has no runners.  Big Occasion ran a cracker in the Scottish National on Saturday.  He finished second at 12/1 and I thought he handled the quicker ground okay.  His Excellency also finished second and picked up more prize money.  Tom Scu actually rode the winner of that race for Steve Gollings on Conquisto but it was another fantastic run from our four year old who has not really run a bad race all season.  It was not so good for Tom Scu in the next race however when he fell at the second on board Problema Tic in the Scottish National.  He was taken to Ayr hospital a bit concussed but thankfully all tests were clear and he is now at home recovering.

Boxer Mike Tyson only tried to bite an ear off an opponent but Liverpool footballer Luis Suarez tried to bite Chelsea player Ivanovic's arm off!  It is the second time he has bitten someone and surely Liverpool have got to get rid of him?!  Alan Hanson and Graham Souness both Liverpool legends have got it right, Suarez has got to go.  He is a great footballer but he really has let the Liverpoool name down.  If Liverpool fail to act the FA should ban him from English football for life.

I see the winning time for the London marathon yesterday was 2 hours 6 minutes.  Sometimes it takes longer to do 26 miles on the M25 in a car!  I never spotted Lottie Scu in the race but I did spot Amy Childs.  The Essex girl looked very bouncey!

We had 55 people from HMS Decoy at the yard yesterday.  They came to see our horse Decoy!  They were quite a lively bunch!  I bet they had some good fun on their boat.  There is now a coat of arms on MCP's wall from HMS Decoy.  Have a nice day.
