             Nibras Gold runs today!
Yesterday we made the journey to Worcester where we had two runners in the bumper. Back In The Bay was making her debut for Pond House, she ran well finishing 4th, she ran on well to the line and just got caught for a couple of places right to the line and I'm sure she will build on that moving forward only being her third ever run.

Granny Smith was having her second start for us and jockey David Noonan come back and said that she tried throughout and that she will improve over a further distance and over hurdles going forward.

Tonight we head to Stratford with one runner Nibras Gold, who runs in the 8:10pm Handicap Chase over 2miles 3½f with Jack Tudor in the saddle. This will be his second start over fences and he ran very well on his chasing debut last time at Ffos Las to finish second. The handicapper has raised him for his last effort, but hopefully he should run well again and even go one better this time.

Other than evening racing at Stratford, which is the only jumps card in Britain today. There is flat action at Hamilton, Brighton and Lingfield. In Ireland, they race over both codes, with the jumps being at Tipperary and on the flat at Roscommon.

In the Euro’s last night France 1-0 Belgium. The Portugal and Slovenia game went to penalties after a 0-0 result and Portugal were the successful ones, winning 3-0 meaning they now go through to the quarter-finals along side France. Tonight it all continues with Romania vs. Netherlands at 5pm and Austria vs. Turkey at 8pm.

The Wimbledon action kicked off yesterday, Emma Raducanu made up for missing out last year on Wimbledon glory as she was injured, but she sure made up for it as she won her first round battle against Renata Zarazua. Andy Murray is due to make the decision whether he is fit enough to play in the Wimbledon singles later that day. He is scheduled to play Tomas Machac of the Czech Republic at about 6:30pm.

I met a giant once, I didn't know what to say, so I just used big words!

Happy Tuesday!
