    Bashful Boy runs at Newton Abbot!
Today we head to Newton Abbot with two runners. Bashful Boy runs in the 4:00pm Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 5½f with Jack Tudor on board. He switches back to hurdles after a spin last time out on the flat.

He ran at Newton Abbot for his start back after a break in May, where he looked a tad rusty after a break, but the last couple of runs should have sharpened him up a little and he has previous form at the track.

Only Fools runs in the 5:45pm Mares’ Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 5½f with Jack Tudor again on board. Last time out at Worcester she got a little hampered mid-way down the back straight and she lost her position a little and struggled to recover from it. hopefully she gets a smoother run of things today and she is such a tough mare who always tries her hardest. 

Other than Newton Abbot, which is the only jumps fixture in Britain today, there is plenty of flat action to watch at Sandown, Doncaster, Beverley and Haydock. In Ireland, they race over the flat at Bellewstown and a jumps card at Cork.

The Euros are back tonight with the Quarterfinals taking place with Spain vs. Germany who kick off at 5pm and Portugal vs. France who is the later match and they kick off at 8pm.

In Wimbledon yesterday the British players headlined the fourth day and Andy Murray made his last appearance at Wimbledon when playing in the doubles with his bother, Jamie. They were defeated by Australian opponents John Peers and Rinky Hijikata. After the match, there was an emotional ceremony for the player as they played a video montage on Centre Court, highlighting such a fantastic career before he retires later this year.

The British players went head to head in the singles matches and Harriet Dart fought back to win her game against Katie Boulter. Meanwhile in the men's singles Cameron Norrie came out on top of friend Jack Draper and is now set to take on Alexander Zverev in the third round.
