Only Fools wins at Newton Abbot!
Yesterday, we headed to Newton Abbot for Only Fools who ran in the last race on the card and became our 8th winner of the season! She travelled in her race much better than last time out and kept on well towards the line. She's always a tough mare and tries her hardest so it's always nice to see her get her head in front. There was lots of racing club members there yesterday and despite the weather it was worth it!

Bashful Boy was not quite right in the morning, so we made him a non-runner but there will be plenty of other days for him.

There is plenty of sporting action to watch this weekend, but for the racing, it is another break for the jumping action as its only flat meetings on today. The stable have no runners today. The flat meetings are at Sandown, Haydock, Beverley, Leicester, Nottingham and Carlisle. In Ireland, there is flat racing at Naas and the only jumping action to watch at Bellewstown.

It is another huge day for City Of Troy, the impressive Derby winner, who bids to join an illustrious roll of honour including Golden Horn and Sea The Stars in following up in the Coral-Eclipse which takes place at Sandown at 3:35pm. The card features plenty of Grade action for you to watch.

Last night in the Euros, Spain kept themselves on track to win a fourth European Championship winning 2-1 Germany. While, Portugal & France's game went to penalties after extra time and France won 5-3. They both now go into the Semi-Finals.

Tonight, England are up against Switzerland with 5pm kick off and Netherlands vs. Turkey at 8pm. There is plenty of Rugby action on today also, with England set to take on New Zealand.

Andy Murray signed himself up for the mixed doubles at Wimbledon where he partners fellow British Grand Slam champion, Emma Raducanu. They are set to take on Marcelo Arevalo and Shuai Zhang today but could be slightly delayed as a few matches were delayed with the rain yesterday. Emma Radacanu put up another excellent performance to win against opponent Maria Sakkari and goes into the fourth round.

Did you hear about the sensitive burglar?

He takes things personally!

Have a lovely weekend!
