                  Oceanline runs today!
Today we head to Ascot with Oceanline in the 3:32pm Handicap over 1mile 6f with Hollie Doyle on board. He ran well last time out at Ffos Las after a break, rallying on and staying onto the line finishing 4th. That run would have sharpened him up and he has form at Ascot winning here in October.

We also made the trip a couple of days ago over to France with Heure De Gloire. She’s set to run at Dieppe at 1:40pm their time (12:40pm our time) with Nathan Howie riding and she has won in France before coming to us. She has settled in all ok since arriving and she will appreciate the softer conditions.

Last night we had a runner at Chepstow, Rebel Angel who ran in the last race on the card. She was disappointing, but i'm not sure she was given the best chance of running well and we know she can be much better than that.

Another day of flat racing before the jumps fixtures are back tomorrow. There is plenty of action to watch from Newmarket, Ascot, York, Chester, Salisbury and Hamilton. In Ireland, they race over both codes with Wexford having the sole jumps fixture today and Navan on the flat.

Newmarket’s three-day festival continues and the July Cup at 4:35pm is the feature of the card today and Vandeek could look to avenge his Sandy Lane Stakes defeat to Commonwealth Cup winner Inisherin.

Wimbledon action starts to wrap up with tomorrow being the last day and yesterday saw some action packed matches. Novak Djokovic outclassed Italian player Lorenzo Musetti to reach the Wimbledon final and set up a showdown with reigning champion Carlos Alcaraz in a repeat of last years final. Plenty to watch today with the finals of the Women's singles, Men's doubles and Women's doubles.

And the Lord said to John, “come forth and you will receive eternal life”

But John came fifth and won a toaster!

Have a lovely weekend!
