             Ocean Heights runs today!
Jumps racing is back at Worcester today; while on the flat, there are meetings at Doncaster, Sandown, Yarmouth and Newbury. In Ireland, they race over both codes, with Wexford continuing the action over jumps and Leopardstown with the flat card.

It has been a quiet few days with no runners for last few days, but we are back racing today with one runner at Sandown. Ocean Heights runs in the 4:20pm Handicap over 1mile 2f with Rossa Ryan riding. We drop him back in trip as we felt he didn’t stay last time and he is in good form at home.  There are only seven runners and it is a competitive race but I would not be surprised of a bold run at an each way price.

The Racing League returns this week, which is a unique team format event that is made up of from seven teams representing different areas of Britain and Ireland. The Kevin Blake-managed Ireland team are the defending champions this year.

Glorious Goodwood is soon approaching and the Richard Hannon yard are readying a strong team to the South Downs. His team is headed by Sussex Stakes-bound Rosallion and looks to have some firepower elsewhere.

I saw on social media last night that Bryony Frost has been given the all clear to start race riding again, she's been out injured when breaking her collarbone in France where she has been located for the summer. It looks like the plan is for her to go back to France and continue riding in the double green silks and pick up from where she left off!

I told a chemistry joke once..

It didn't get much of a reaction!

Happy Thursday!
