Mid-Week News!

Today there is jumps action at Worcester, while on the flat there is action at Catterick, Musselburgh and Kempton. In Ireland, they race over jumps in Bellewstown. 

Yesterday evening we took the trip to Stratford with two runners. Pub Crawl ran in the first division of the 2mile Handicap Hurdle and he didn't quite jump with fluency all round and never really got in a rhythm but did then seem to stay on after 2 out, so left scratching our heads a little! 

Our other runner was Ocean Heights who switched to hurdles for this outing after a few spells on the flat. He improved from his run last time where he finished fourth and ran well to finish third. There will be plenty of opportunities for him on the flat and over obstacles in the future I'm sure.  

News hit as Oasis have announced they are making a come back! Plenty of rumours spiralled but yesterday morning it was announced that there will be a reunion. Liam and Noel Gallagher are set to reunite for a series of live shows with gigs scheduled in London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Dublin next year. I'm sure trying to get hold of some of those tickets will be seriously difficult! There was a mention of them maybe even performing at Glastonbury but nothing has yet been confirmed. 

In the football tonight, there is plenty of the League Cup 2nd round matches set to play starting from about 7:30pm and Champions League playoff games to watch also. 

My friend asked me whether I'd go and see a psychiatrist over my obsession with Oasis...
