                 Kolisi runs today!
Today the jumps meetings come from Sedgefield and Warwick, while on the flat there is action coming from Redcar and all-weather action at Newcastle. They're back racing in Ireland with a jumps card at Fairyhouse.

Today we head to Warwick with two runners for the stable. Kolisi runs in the 2:25pm Handicap Hurdle over 2miles with Jack Tudor in the saddle. He ran at Salisbury on the flat for his return after a lengthy time off the track and that would have sharpened him up. He returns to hurdling today and hopefully he can continue his form over the obstacles and the conditions here will suit him. Our last runner of the day is Kepagge, who runs in the 3:35pm Handicap Hurdle over 2miles 5f with Jack Tudor in the saddle. He was a little disappointing on his return from a summers break, after running his best race for a while before that, but he would have come on from that run and is in good form at home.

Yesterday we had two runners over the both codes, Ocean Heights was our first runner of the day who ran at Kempton in the Series Final, and he did not seem to travel as well as he normally does and just couldn't quite go with them. We then had Bashful Boy run at Plumpton over hurdles who didn't seem to get into much of a rhythm at all and stopped quickly, he seems to be struggling to find his form over hurdles at the moment but will go for a much deserved holiday now.

It was a good day for the Olly Murphy team yesterday as he produced a quick fire across the cards treble within just over 30 minutes! Two winners of the treble came from Hereford, while the latter one came from Plumpton.

Willie Mullins was left disappointed after Vauban's performance at Flemington for the Melbourne Cup, but mentions he's still as determined as ever to win the race. Vauban set off as the favourite in the race and finished 14th and mentioned maybe that the horse does not enjoy the conditions there. Meanwhile Absurde, Willie's other runner in the race finished the best of the Irish and British trained runners finishing 5th from the 23 runners and there is talk that Absurde could make an appearance again next year.

Why should you never trust stairs?

Because they're always up to something!

Happy Tuesday!
