It's Cheltenham Festival Eve and it's a busy day for jumping, with three cards in Britain going ahead which are Taunton, Plumpton and Stratford. The all-weather action comes from Newcastle which has an evening card and there is no racing in Ireland.

It was a quiet weekend for the stable with no runners but we are back racing today at our local track, Taunton. Skin Full runs in the 4:10pm Handicap Hurdle over 3miles with Jack Tudor riding. He ran a big race in defeat last time out over this distance, and looks to have plenty of potential still.

Next up we have Jaipaletemps in the 4:40pm Handicap Chase over 2miles with Ben Bromley riding. He did take a step in the right direction on his last start to finish third, he will need to build on the improvement again here today.

To finish the day we have Kintaro who runs in the 5:10pm Handicap Hurdle ridden by Conditionals and Amateurs and Rian Corcoran will ride. He will need to take a step in the right direction today also, but he does have ability so now he just needs to put it to the track!

The fields for the second day at Cheltenham will be revealed this morning as declarations take place for 10am. This includes the likes of the Champion Chase, Turners Novices' Hurdle and Brown Advisory Novices' Hurdle - so keep an eye out!

It was a busy weekend for the sport and in the football and rugby. Chelsea 1-0 Leicester while Man U 1-1 Arsenal which leaves Liverpool 15 points clear at the top of the Premier League after their victory against Southampton 3-1. Tonight, West Ham take on Newcastle with kick off at 8pm.

In the Six Nations the Ireland 27-42 France, Scotland 35-29 Wales and England went to victory after their game with Italy finishing in a great result of 47-24.
