That is another week gone by and we are back with the weekend racing. The jumps cards come from Stratford and Uttoxeter. The attention switches to the flat with their season kicking off with a meeting at Doncaster, all-weather action coming from Kempton and an evening card from Newcastle. In Ireland, they race on the flat at the Curragh.

We head to Stratford with just the one runner, Jaipaletemps who runs in the 4:15pm Handicap Chase over 2miles 3f with Ben Bromley riding. He ran much better last time out and was not beaten that far at all. He is slowly getting the hang of British racing and hoping he can improve again here today.

Yesterday at Fontwell, Royal Mer didn’t jump as fluently as he can and the ground was probably against him this time as he’s a little unexposed in better ground with his best form coming from soft or heavy conditions.

The potential runners of the second day at Aintree’s Grand National meeting will be revealed with entries out for races like Mildmay Novices’ Chase, Melling Chase, Sefton Novices’ Hurdle and the Topham over the National fences.

Away from the racing in the football the FA CUP, stage some more quarterfinals and Fulham vs. Crystal Palace at 12:15pm and the later game coming from Brighton vs. Nottingham Forest at 5:15pm.

The Women’s Six Nations continues also with France vs. Scotland at 1:00pm and Wales vs. England at 4:45pm.

I used to think I was indecisive. But now I'm not so sure!

 Have a great Saturday!
