It is a slightly quieter day for racing today with a jumps meeting at Perth, a flat meeting at Goodwood and in Ireland a jumps meeting at Punchestown. There is also a good card in France at Longchamp. The stable does not have any runners.
There is more International football today with the UEFA Nations League final at 8pm between Portugal and Spain. The play-off for third place comes a little earlier in the day with Germany against France at 2pm.
It is a busy day in the Vitality Blast cricket competition while England are back in Twenty20 action against the West Indies at 2.30pm with the match being played at Bristol.
The French Open tennis final takes place at Roland Garros this afternoon between the current top two players in the world. Number 1, Jannik Sinner plays defending champion and number 2, Carlos Alcaraz and it promises to be a great match.
More excitingly, closer to home is the Tiverton horse and pony show and Martha Pipe is taking part on pony, Tandy. They plan to do some mini show jumping and the gymkhana so fingers crossed she has a good day!
I woke up from a deep sleep in a panic thinking I was late for work.
Thankfully I was at work!
