A much more quieter day today with only two meetings which come from both codes. The jumps card is coming from Market Rasen and the flat card coming from Ayr. No racing in Ireland and no runners for the stable today.

The Summer Mile headlines the action at Ayr which is off at 3:30pm with a field of 10 runners.

Colin Keane could face the prospect of missing the ride on Field Of Gold in the Qatar Sussex Stakes which takes place at the end of this month, when appearing to break the whip rules recently. His case will be reviewed next week and should he be found to have broken the rules the ban would encounter during the Sussex Stakes.

The Wimbledon action continues for day 7 of the competition.

I wish my grey hair started in Las Vegas, because like they say what happens in Vegas - stays in Vegas!
