  Ocean Heights runs today
No jumps racing scheduled for today, but plenty of flat cards to keep you going! The action comes from Catterick, Yarmouth this afternoon while the evening action is covered from Ffos Las and an all-weather card from Kempton. In Ireland, they are racing on the flat at Fairyhouse.

We head to Kempton with Ocean Heights who runs in the 5:50pm Apprentice Handicap over 1mile 2f with Jack Dace riding. We have added a visor to sharpen him up a little and returning to a track he likes, you would like to hope he could run well.

A great opportunity has risen for the talented Billy Loughnane, as he has been handed a live chance of partnering his first Group 1 winner at Newmarket this weekend after being booked to replace Ryan Moore. He’s due to ride George Boughey’s star mare, Believing in the July Cup.

The outcome of Colin Keane's hearing means the ride on Field Of Gold is up for grabs, as the rider was handed a 14 day whip ban. His suspension will run between 22nd July to 4th August meaning the rider will miss the entirety of Glorious Goodwood. At the moment, there has been no decision who will step in and take the ride. 

In Wimbledon two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, produced another masterclass to end the hope of British Cameron Norrie's run. The defeat for Cameron now means that all 23 Britons are out of the Wimbledon singles. 

Tonight in the UEFA Women's Euros England take on Netherlands at 5pm with the later match coming from France vs. Wales at 8pm.
